“Ostrów Tumski and its neighboring islands is a place where the present meets the past”

Mariusz Urbanek

The Piasek Island is located in the very heart of the city of Wroclaw, close to Ostrów Tumski and the Market Square. Its magical charm is created by Baroque architecture of monuments, vast green areas and picturesque bridges that connect the Island with other parts of the city. Wroclaw is called “the meeting place” and the location of The Piasek Residence gives full access to the abundance of local amenities – galleries, theatres and museums, restaurants, clubs and shopping centers.

The following tourist attractions are located within a walking distance from The Piasek Residence:

  • Market Square 12 min.
  • Ostrów Tumski 3 min.

  • National Museum and The Raclawice Panorama 10 min.

You can feel the spirit of history here. The Piasek island is the biggest island in Old Town of Wroclaw. First settlements on the island date back to XI century.
